Ar 15 Used In I Am Legend
Ingredients: 150 gr chocolate couverture, 150 g butter, 3 small eggs, 100 gr sugar, 350 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon yeast royal, unsweetened cocoa or icing sugar for dusting.
Preparation : Preheat oven to 180 ยบ. Chop the chocolate and melt in a water bath. Cool slightly and incorporate the butter at room temperature in two batches. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Sift flour and baking powder. Mix the eggs with the chocolate and add to the flour stirring motion.
Fill muffin pan with dough and bake the muffins for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove cupcakes from oven, let cool, unmold and serve sprinkled with unsweetened cocoa or icing sugar.
