Plus Size Over The Knee Socks
Ingredients: 600 gr bread flour, 40 gr baked fresh yeast, 150 cc water, 100 cc milk, 100 gr melted butter, 100 gr sugar, a pinch of salt. To decorate: sugar moistened with water and beaten egg.
Preparation: Firstly mix the yeast with the flour and on the other hand, beat the milk, water, sugar and butter, add salt and 300 g flour and knead. Add another 300 gr flour and knead again.
Divide the dough into small buns by placing them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Done by a central court , Painting the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar moistened. Let stand in warm place until doubled in volume, approximately 2 hours. After that time in the oven preheated to 180 ยบ C for 20 minutes, until golden.
